Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 5 years of journeyperson-level repair experience in one or more of the following equipment environments: industrial, construction, mining, agriculture, or heavy truck.
Basic computer skills required.
Willingness to work all shifts, including rotating schedules.
Ability to successfully complete a two-phase hiring assessment process.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of engine-driven and DC electric-powered mobile equipment.
Inspect, service, and repair major equipment systems, including engines, transmissions, differentials, brakes, steering, electric drive units and controls, hoists, hydrostatic drive systems, hydraulic components, air conditioning systems, and glass.
Apply safe work practices at all times and support a strong safety-first culture across the shop and plant environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through problem-solving, equipment reliability improvements, and participation in practices such as 5S, RCA, and LEAN.
Maintain dependable attendance, work full shifts, and support overtime needs as required to meet operational demands.
