About The Position
At Alliance Used Truck Center, the Truck Service Advisor/Writer is the face of our Truck Service Department in working with our customers on needed repairs. We are a Heavy Duty Used Truck Dealership in Hartford, CT that specializes in All Make Trucks, RV's, and Emergency Vehicles. This position is responsible for greeting customers, preparing repair orders, interacting with technicians on needed repairs, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, and more.
Requirements
- Service Advisor/Writer experience
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Heavy Truck Service experience
- CDK knowledge
