About The Position

FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. This position is responsible for preparing the product for the assembly/paint process.

Requirements

HS diploma or equivalent required
No experience required
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to meet and establish deadlines.
Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, as well as the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, complex operating and work instructions, and procedures manuals.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Tape vehicles in preparation for paint process.
Prep vehicle surfaces in preparation for paint application, using abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, or sandblasters.
May be part of a crew and assist skilled operators in performance of skilled function.
May repair units that fail to meet specifications.
Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Participates in daily shop organization and clean-up.
Performs other duties as assigned.
