TRUCK MECHANIC (Graveyard shift)

About The Position
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Maintenance and repair of trucks used for construction including: dump trucks, Ready-Mix trucks, lowboy’s, straight trucks, trailers, etc. Brakes, suspension, hydraulics, electrical, HVAC systems, body/chassis, engine, and powertrain repairs. Shop or field environment. Familiarity with DOT regulations and paperwork. Ability to use diagnostic software. Follow all safety policies and procedures. All other duties assigned. Hours: 8:30PM-5:00AM Monday to Friday, hours and days flexible.
Requirements
- Previous mechanical experience on class 8 trucks and mixer trucks.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Clean driving record and ability to obtain CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional and drug screen
- Display a professional, safe, and courteous attitude
Nice To Haves
- Some construction equipment repair experience preferred.
