We have an immediate opening at our Kingsport, TN branch for an Experienced Truck Mechanic / Diesel Technician with engine repair experience to maintain our commitment to safety and customer service. Requirements

• Experienced Truck Mechanic with 3 years engine repair experience
• Computer skills and good verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and assist others as needed
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance
• The associate must be able to read and write reports.
• Must be able to obtain DOT medcard
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) a plus

Responsibilities

• Service and repair work, drive train, engine, steering, electrical, suspension and brakes
• Troubleshooting, Inspections, & Diagnostics
• Preventative Maintenance
• Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions
