Truck Maintenance Shop Supervisor
About The Position
CR&R is seeking a Truck Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily shop operations and ensure our fleet of refuse and heavy-duty trucks is maintained safely, efficiently, and ready for service. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and supporting reliable operations across our service areas. CR&R Incorporated is one of Southern California’s leading waste and recycling services providers, serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers across multiple states. Requirements
- 2–3 years of heavy-duty truck maintenance experience
- Supervisory or lead experience in a shop environment
- Knowledge of CNG, brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
