Truck Loader
About The Position
The Truck Loader performs all nightly operations of the loading department. This role involves nighttime warehouse operations and all loading crew duties, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, goals, and deadlines. The employee will model company policies and procedures, ensure all trucks are loaded according to procedures and deadlines, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This position also works with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure specific Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed and adheres to all company food safety policies, procedures, and trainings. Key tasks include auditing outbound pallets, helping to unload JIT trucks, and breaking down AB orders.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in warehouse environment.
- High school diploma /G.E.D., or equivalent experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Food industry experience preferred.
