About The Position

The Truck Loader performs all nightly operations of the loading department. This role involves performing nighttime warehouse operations and all loading crew duties, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, goals, and deadlines. The individual will model company policies and procedures, ensure all trucks are loaded according to procedures and deadlines, and be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This position also works with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure specific Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed, and the employee shall adhere to all company food safety policies, procedures, and trainings.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in warehouse environment.
• High school diploma /G.E.D., or equivalent experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Food industry experience preferred.
