About The Position

NOVO's wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless, single source distribution system. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical strength to lift and carry heavy loads and safely place them on truck beds.
- Stamina for long shifts performing repetitive physical activities.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices, especially for heavy materials.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Time management skills to ensure trucks are prepared for departure on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and load items by hand onto trucks.
- Complete loading reports for submission to supervisors.
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with team members.
