About The Position

The Truck Dumper is responsible for moving trucks/trailers around on the property, keeping raw material trailers dumped in a safe and timely manner. This role ensures a steady flow of raw material is dumped to maintain a consistent mix of material. The Truck Dumper will also clean trailers after dumping to ensure they meet customer requirements and position trailers in the holding lot for the next day's routes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the Bartlett lift tractor and dock area, performing general labor tasks, and prioritizing safety in accordance with all company rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
• Basic math skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills; able to follow oral and written directions.
• Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
• Occasionally must push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly required reach with hands and arms.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in the operation of tractor and/or Bartlett lift tractor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Moving trucks/trailers around on the property.
• Dumping raw material trailers in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensuring a steady flow of raw material is dumped to maintain a consistent mix of material.
• Cleaning trailers after dumping to ensure they are set up in accordance with customer requirements.
• Positioning trailers in the holding lot to ensure readiness for next day's routes.
• Ensuring the Bartlett lift tractor and dock area are clean when dumping is complete.
• Performing various tasks related to the operation of the facility in terms of general labor.
• Maintaining safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
