About The Position

The Truck Dumper is responsible for moving trucks/trailers around on the property, keeping raw material trailers dumped in a safe and timely manner. This role ensures a steady flow of raw material is dumped to maintain a consistent mix of material, cleans trailers after dumping to meet customer requirements, and positions trailers for the next day's routes. The position also involves general labor tasks related to facility operations and maintaining safety as a top priority.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in the operation of tractor and/or Bartlett lift tractor preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills; able to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Moving trucks/trailers around on the property.
• Keeping raw material trailers dumped in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensuring a steady flow of raw material is dumped to maintain a consistent mix of material.
• Cleaning trailers after dumping to ensure they are set up in accordance with customer requirements.
• Positioning trailers in the holding lot to ensure readiness for next day's routes.
• Ensuring the Bartlett lift tractor and dock area are clean when dumping is complete.
• Performing various tasks related to the operation of the facility in terms of general labor.
• Maintaining safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
