Truck Driver - OTR/Long Haul Driver

About The Position

RealTruck is hiring a full-time over-the-road/long-haul driver based out of its Navarre, Ohio facility. Drivers travel throughout the United States, excluding the West Coast; travel to Canada is preferred. The role uses an automatic truck with a sleeper and specialized trailers to deliver manufactured materials. Drivers go straight home once unloaded, with no backhaul, and are home two nights per week. Mileage pay is the same whether loaded or unloaded. Drivers are also expected to serve as brand advocates and ambassadors in interactions with dealers. Compensation is up to $0.70 per hub mile, with an additional $0.05 per hub mile through a safety and fuel bonus program, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Estimated earnings are $1,500–$2,500 per week or $78,000–$130,000 per year; actual earnings vary based on mileage, route assignments, and performance. The company covers truck-related expenses, including tolls, parking, showers, and EZ Pass. Riders are allowed. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a Class A Commercial Driver License, and a clean driving record. Drivers must be able to safely enter and exit the tractor and trailer, climb steps and ladders, and climb onto and around trailers and equipment. They must also be able to lift, push, pull, carry, and maneuver materials weighing more than 30 pounds.

Requirements
