About The Position

The Absolute Group is seeking a Truck Driver for its Trucking Division. The role involves transporting materials to and from construction job sites using dump trucks and side dump trailers. Candidates must possess critical thinking skills and good judgment to identify, minimize, and eliminate hazards on projects. Compliance with safety and DOT regulations is mandatory, along with continuous training. The position may require in-state travel and overnight stays for certain infrastructure construction projects. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, but it can vary based on project timelines, with occasional Saturday hours depending on demand.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience operating trucks
• Class A or B CDL without airbrake restrictions
• Clean driving record
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn
• Positive attitude
