About The Position

This position is for a Full Time Class A Truck Driver with ADM Trucking, Inc., a food grade transportation company. The role involves transporting food grade products, requiring the driver to plan trips, manage unforeseen circumstances, and safely load and unload product according to company and customer instructions. The driver must adhere to all government, company, and customer policies and regulations, including FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, and DOL. Requirements

  • MUST have Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement
  • 21 years of age
  • 1 Years of verifiable OTR or Local experience within the previous seven years
  • No more than 1 chargeable accident within the last 3 years
  • No more than 3 jobs in the last 3 years
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the last three years
  • Successfully complete a DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical/drug screen and functionality testing
  • Successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

  • Plan trips (breaks, fuel stops, customer appointments, weather, traffic & construction, city and rural driving conditions) and manage unforeseen circumstances.
  • Safely and efficiently load and unload product according to company and customer instructions.
  • Follow all government, company & customer policies and regulations, including but not limited to FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, and DOL.
