About The Position

Ferrellgas is hiring a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver to deliver propane to residential, farm, commercial, and industrial customers. Drivers operate local routes and are home every night while providing professional service in their communities. The role includes operating propane trucks and equipment safely, inspecting vehicles, maintaining delivery logs, assisting customers, and participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries. Part-time drivers receive additional hourly pay. Seasonal drivers may qualify for seasonal and return-to-work bonuses based on hours worked and eligibility.

Requirements

• Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, or the ability to obtain them quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in the community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
