About The Position
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring entry-level Class A CDL truck drivers for regional routes. The position is open to recent CDL school graduates and new CDL-A holders; no prior professional driving experience is required, and at least 120 hours of completed CDL school training qualifies. Trainee positions are available for drivers new to the trucking industry. Drivers are paid $0.55 to $0.65 per mile, with approximately 2,700 miles weekly and estimated weekly take-home pay of $1,550 to $1,780. Regional routes provide home time weekly or every two weeks. Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL school training.
- Completion of Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and enroll in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, as required by federal regulations.
- No professional driving experience is needed.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional routes.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Comply with Department of Transportation regulations, including hours-of-service rules.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation.
- Deliver freight on schedule and communicate promptly with dispatch.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain professional standards on the road.
