About The Position

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver to deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers on local routes. Drivers operate propane trucks and equipment, follow DOT and company safety standards, inspect vehicles, maintain delivery logs, and provide professional customer service. The position includes an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries, and drivers are home every night.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, or the ability to obtain them quickly.
• Good driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Previous truck driving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in the community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Assist customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
