We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Truck Driver!
Requirements
- A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class B minimum, Class A preferred.
- Clean driving record supported by Annual MVR Report. No serious tickets or accidents in last 5 years.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in cargo securement practices
- 3-year commercial driving experience required.
- High School or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Ability to operate a forklift and reach truck.
- Pass a required drug test and possess a current DOT medical certificate. Must not have positive drug tests in the last 12 months.
- U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. and pass an E-Verify Check.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
Nice To Haves
- Class A CDL preferred.
- Conestoga experience a plus.
- Building products knowledge is a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Safe loading, securing, and unloading of goods
- Delivery logs, inspection forms, and other required documentation
- Operating a forklift and reach truck
- Performing other tasks outside of driving such as operating a fork truck, order reviews, among other tasks assigned by management in a warehouse environment.
