About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Haul Driver to transport heavy loads and oversized equipment to various locations. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for safety, be able to operate a heavy haul truck with precision, and have excellent organizational and communication skills. This position runs Casper, WY to Rock Springs, WY, with hours from 2 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class A Commercial driver's license with no major violations
• Proven experience operating a heavy haul truck and transporting oversized equipment and loads
• Excellent understanding of safety procedures and guidelines for operating a heavy haul truck
• Ability to operate a heavy haul truck with precision and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required
• Ability to work flexible hours if required

Responsibilities

• Transport oversized equipment and heavy loads to various locations
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to minimize accidents and injuries
• Inspect equipment and loads to ensure that they are secure and properly loaded
• Plan routes and logistics to ensure timely and efficient transportation
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Keep accurate records of goods and materials transported
• Maintain and repair equipment as necessary
• Assist with other duties as assigned
