About The Position

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver to deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Drivers operate local routes and are typically home every night. The role involves providing professional customer service, following DOT and company safety standards, inspecting vehicles, maintaining delivery logs, and supporting customers with delivery, account, and propane-safety questions. Drivers also participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

Requirements

• Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements, or ability to obtain them quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and integrity.
• Provide friendly, professional service as a representative of Ferrellgas in the community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Assist customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
