About The Position
Tri-City Extrusion, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of Aluminum Extrusions for Commercial and Industrial Markets. We have an immediate opening for a full time Truck Drivers to drive diesel powered tractor trailer combination, to transport aluminum products using flatbed and Conestoga trailers on regional and long-haul routes.
Requirements
- Experience operating a diesel-powered tractor trailer required
- Must be able to run over the road (OTR) and team driving routes
- Valid CDL and DOT Medical Card required.
- Must pass DOT drug test.
- 1+ years truck driving experience required
- 1+ years flatbed experience required
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission tractors
- Strong focus on safety and reliability
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Conestoga trailers preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive diesel powered tractor trailer combination to transport aluminum products using flatbed and Conestoga trailers on regional and long-haul routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and flatbed.
- Maintain Electronic Log (ELD) in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Assist workers in loading and unloading truck.
