About The Position

Marketech International Corp. USA provides comprehensive engineering, construction, and technical services for the semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing industries. Our services include cleanroom and MEP turnkey projects, DI water, chemical and gas supply systems, water treatment systems, facility monitoring and control systems, and related infrastructure solutions. We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Non-CDL Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Assistant to support local material transportation and daily warehouse operations. This role will be responsible for driving a 26’ box truck or smaller vehicle for local pickups and deliveries, as well as assisting with warehouse tasks when not on the road. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or material handling work.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • CDL is not required for the expected vehicle type, as this role is intended for a 26’ box truck or smaller vehicle with GVWR at or below 26,000 lbs.
  • Clean driving record required; must be able to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
  • Previous experience driving box trucks, delivery trucks, vans, or similar vehicles preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to load, unload, move, and organize materials safely.
  • Comfortable using pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, or similar warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required by warehouse operations.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience driving a 24’ or 26’ box truck.
  • Experience in construction, semiconductor, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments.
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with delivery paperwork, packing lists, inventory records, or material receiving processes.
  • Basic English communication skills required; bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a 26’ box truck or smaller vehicle for local material pickups and deliveries.
  • Load, unload, move, and secure materials safely before and after transportation.
  • Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, staging, and moving materials.
  • Support inventory control, material tracking, and basic warehouse documentation.
  • Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and loading ramps safely.
  • Keep warehouse areas, loading areas, and vehicles clean and organized.
  • Inspect vehicle condition before and after use and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Follow company safety procedures, traffic laws, and customer/site requirements.
  • Support other warehouse, logistics, or material handling tasks as assigned.
