About The Position
Kemira is looking for an experienced Regional Truck Driver to support the Manufacturing Coagulants, Industry & Water segment in East Chicago, IN. This role is responsible for delivering bulk liquid commodities to customers, loading and unloading tankers, completing delivery paperwork, and complying with all federal, state, and local regulations for the safe transportation and handling of hazardous materials.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-years of experience driving tractor trailer
- Minimum 3-years of experience transporting bulk chemicals in cargo tank preferred
- Commercial drivers license with tanker and hazardous materials endorsement required
- Clean driving record (2.0 points or less)
- Basic math skills
- Thorough knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Customer service orientation
