Truck Driver - OTR
About The Position
We are seeking experienced CDL-A OTR Drivers for Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed positions. Drivers can expect to average 3,000-4,000 miles per week with all miles paid, loaded and empty. We offer competitive pay rates: 70 CPM for Dry Van, 75 CPM for Reefer, and 80 CPM for Flatbed, plus a tarping bonus. Our pay schedule ensures direct deposit every Friday, with a Monday-to-Monday pay period. You'll be driving late-model automatic trucks (2020-2027) from top manufacturers like Volvo, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, and International. Our OTR routes cover the Midwest, South, and East Coast, with steady freight and reliable dispatch support. We provide a fast orientation, completed in just a few hours, with flight and drug test expenses covered by the company, allowing you to start earning quickly.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A.
- Minimum 2 years of OTR experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate OTR freight routes throughout the Midwest, South, and East Coast.
- Drive late-model automatic trucks (2020-2027).
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of dry van, reefer, and flatbed freight.
- Handle tarping duties for flatbed loads as required, including bonus-eligible tasks.
- Maintain communication with dispatch for support and route updates.
