About The Position

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers. Average $80000 annually. No touch freight. No weekends. Driver referral bonus program up to $5000 per referral. You will drive late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks with best-in-class specs designed for comfort, equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras helping to ensure safety for all. Deliver product to customers within a 2500-mile radius. 3-4 layovers per week. Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, with an early AM start time and weekends off. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• English language proficiency
• Complete Penske employment application
• The associate must be able to see and hear
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
• The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg

Responsibilities

• Deliver product to customers within a 2500-mile radius
• Drive late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
• Submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening
• Operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area
