About The Position

Conco Construction is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to safely transport construction materials, aggregates, and equipment to jobsites throughout Wichita and the surrounding area. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, compliance with DOT regulations, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with end dumps, dump trucks, or other Class 8 tractor-trailer combinations and possess a valid Class A CDL. Requirements

Previous experience operating an end dump, dump truck, or other Class 8 tractor-trailer combination
Valid Class A CDL required
Successfully completing a background check, drug screen, and physical
Must be available to work outside normal operating hours when necessary
Employees are responsible for reliable transportation to and from assigned jobsites

Responsibilities

Safely transport loose materials, aggregates, and construction equipment on public roadways and active jobsites
Load, unload, and operate heavy equipment as needed
Properly tie down and secure equipment and materials for transport
Complete required daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain compliance with DOT requirements and company safety procedures
Follow all company safety rules and regulations
Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance
Bring a positive, professional attitude to the jobsite
Work effectively as part of a team
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed
