This program offers 8 weeks of paid training focused on backing, close quarter maneuvers, and practice runs with experienced facilitators. Drivers will gain hands-on experience from industry instructors. The position offers a weekly guarantee of $1050, with pay per mile, per stop, and per drop/hook. The schedule and start times are flexible, with AM and PM shifts available. Ryder emphasizes transparency in pay and route details. Deliveries are SOLO to OH, TN, IN, MO, KY, with the route being local and home daily. The tractor is a Day Cab, and the trailer is a 53’ Dry Van. Freight is No Touch Auto Parts, and the company provides company-paid scale bypass. Trucks are 36 months or newer and include 24/7 roadside maintenance and nationwide fueling facilities. Ryder also offers a program to assist Owner Operators switching to Company Employee Drivers and a driver referral bonus program with unlimited bonuses for hired drivers.
