THE ROLE: TRUCK DRIVER (CLASS 3) While we provide the environment, we need you to provide the operational muscle. As a Class 3 Truck Driver, you are the backbone of our production flow, ensuring materials, equipment, and supplies reach our crews and job sites safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Alberta Transportation regulations, NSC standards, and load securement requirements.
  • Valid Class 3 Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of commercial driving experience.
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in variable weather.
  • A "Can-Do" attitude with the flexibility to handle a dispatch-driven environment and the unpredictable nature of Alberta winters.

Nice To Haves

  • Air Brake (Q) endorsement is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with light equipment (skid steers/loaders) is a major asset.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Class 3 trucks to transport bulk materials (soil, mulch, gravel) and equipment between yards and job sites.
  • Provide vital site assistance, material handling, and general labor to keep our crews moving.
  • Perform daily inspections and maintain your vehicle to Alberta Transportation standards.
  • Adhere to all CVSA standards and company safety policies, participating in a culture where everyone goes home safe.
  • Transition into our winter operations from November to April, supporting critical snow and ice management for our clients.
