About The Position
CXI Trucking is looking for experienced LTL drivers who have a strong commitment to honesty, integrity, and customer service. Applicants should excel in a fast pace environment while being safe and efficient. This is a full-time, local position with a day shift schedule, offering home time daily and every weekend. Requirements
- Driver must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have 2 years of verifiable experience driving a Class C Straight Truck
- No more than 1 at-fault (preventable) accident in the last year
- Valid Class B License
- Must have Hazmat and Tankers Endorsement at Time of Application
Nice To Haves
- Clean MVR is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate vehicle safely at all times
- Comply with DOT Driver Log, pre-trip and post trip inspections
- Label, sign and handle shipments according to DOT regulations and CXI Trucking procedures
- Verify loads, equipment and hazardous materials are secured prior to transportation
- Use of a pallet jack, two-wheel hand truck and lift-gate to assist in P & D operation
