About The Position

HCSC linen services is an innovative provider of textile programs and services to the healthcare community, directly impacting patient health and safety by providing top-quality linen services. They sort, process, and deliver linen 24/7 for every healthcare need. The company is seeking a motivated 2nd and 3rd Shift CDL Class A driver for deliveries to local hospitals and health care facilities. This position requires the ability to drive and operate tractor-trailer and straight truck delivery vehicles, as well as load and unload laundry carts. Pre and post-trip inspections and shipment verification are also required. The role requires flexible availability for the first 3 weeks during the training period, after which it will be a 2nd or 3rd Shift opening.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years driving experience
• CDL Class A
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule with varying hours
• Ability to drive and operate delivery vehicle
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate tractor-trailer and straight truck delivery vehicles
• Load and unload laundry carts on and off the vehicle
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections
• Perform shipment verification
• Make deliveries to local hospitals and health care facilities
