About The Position
HCSC Linen Services is an innovative provider of textile programs and services to the healthcare community. Our services directly impact the health and safety of patients by providing healthcare facilities with top-quality linen services. We sort, process, and deliver linen for every healthcare need. The CDL Truck Driver position supports the laundry activities by making deliveries to local hospitals and healthcare facilities from of the Asbury Park, NJ facility.
Requirements
- HS Degree or diploma preferred, but we value practical experience. Applicants with equivalent work experience or skill-based backgrounds will be considered.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience driving is required and an ability to drive and operate a delivery vehicle
- CDL Class A is required
Responsibilities
- Operating tractor-trailer and straight truck delivery vehicles
- Load and unload laundry carts on and off the vehicle
- Inspection and shipment verification pre- and post-trip
