Truck Driver - CDL Class A - Penske Logistics
About The Position
Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers. Average $90000 annually, with top earners earning up to $120000 annually. Additional premium incentives are available for picking up extra days. This role involves a 5-day work week where weekends are required, and drivers are mostly home daily with the possibility of layovers. A driver referral bonus program of up to $5000 per referral is offered. The role requires 25 to 55 weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain. High volume loading and unloading will be performed utilizing a hand dolly and lift gate to unload coffee and milk products from a refrigerated trailer. Drivers are expected to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and scan items as they are unloaded and delivered. Scheduling flexibility is required, with dispatch times varying between 10 AM and 7 PM. Drivers will drive late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks with dual zone reefer trailers for temperature-controlled loads. These trucks feature best-in-class specs designed for comfort, including automatic transmissions, and are equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to ensure safety.
