The CDL Class A Driver position in our Allentown, PA facility supports the laundry by providing courteous, professional linen and garment delivery to our partners in the healthcare community.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
A minimum of 2 years of previous driving experience
CDL Class A
DOT Medical card
Experience driving a tractor-trailer and straight truck delivery vehicles
Excellent communication (verbal) skills.
Strong time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Operate tractor-trailer and straight truck delivery vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Load and unload laundry carts on and off the vehicle.
Pre and post-trip inspections and shipment verifications and report any mechanical issues.
Keep vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
Deliver clean linen to local hospitals and health care facilities and pick up soiled linens.
Jockey before and after each run as needed
