About The Position

Small family-owned flatbed company seeks an experienced OTR driver with 2 years of flatbed experience. Will train the right candidate for this position. Immediate hire for the right driver; be in a truck in 4 days. This is an OTR position hauling pipe, steel, and everything else. Must be able to strap and chain properly, run legally, and follow company policy. The truck will be parked at the shop for maintenance on time off. Pay is 30% to 32% gross to the truck, averaging $7,000 to $9,000 gross to the truck, with an average driver pay of $2,100 to $2,500. Time out on the road is 3 weeks out OTR, with 3 days home. The truck is parked at the shop when at the yard.

Requirements

• 2 years of OTR experience
• 2 years of flatbed experience
• Must be able to strap and chain properly
• Must run legally
• Must follow company policy
• 1 moving violation in 3 years
• Must pass drug screen
• PSP acceptable
• SAP step 5 or 6 acceptable
• DUI must be 3 years old
