About The Position

PROTECH Delivery & Installation partners with WDC Kitchen & Bath Center to provide best-in-class customer service when it is time for product to be delivered and installed. We are looking for skilled and reliable Drivers to join our team! The Appliance Installer/Driver is responsible for operating company owned and leased trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving operations as well as installing major appliances.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required

Nice To Haves

• 1 -2 years of Experience in installation of appliances preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate company owned and leased trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving operations.
• Operate trucks for the delivery, pickup and relocation of products and materials for customer deliveries.
• Perform required before-, during-, and after-operation “user maintenance” and provide required reports.
• Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
• Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.
• Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition.
• Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and coworkers
• Transport and install major appliances.
