Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of application.
  • Must be able to read and write in English and conduct basic math.
  • The ability to work overtime including weekends.
  • Willingness and ability to work any shift.
  • Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment that requires the ability to lift, carry and pull and push moderate to heavy equipment, tools and parts.
  • Ability to work in teams is required.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. at the time of application
  • Final candidate must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities

  • Install/assemble components for heavy duty trucks.
  • Use computer systems to access company data associated with the assembly process.
  • Utilize drawings, bill of materials, and specification sheets in both electronic and hard copy.
  • Understand and utilize LEAN principles as they pertain to the assembly process.
  • Maintain a clean workstation that promotes safety and pride in the product.
  • Operate the following tools and equipment: Jigs and Fixtures, Henrob equipment, Pneumatic and DC Tools for fasteners and assembly of heavy duty.
