About The Position

Clarke Power is seeking a Truck & Trailer Technician for their 1st or 2nd shift, Monday - Friday schedule. This role offers a competitive salary of $25-$32/hr based on experience. Requirements

Truck & Trailer repair experience required.
Must be able to obtain DOT medcard.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI/DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Ability to be a dependable team player.

Nice To Haves

Diesel experience helpful.
CDL is preferred.
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on truck trailers.
Perform repairs including brakes, air system, lighting, landing gears, and doors.
Perform major body work including panel replacement and bottom/top rail repairs.
Work independently and safely.
Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
Read and write reports.
