Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a TRP Specialist — a Behavioral Health Professional who brings compassion, accountability, and initiative to every interaction.

Requirements

• Certified Adult Peer Support Specialist (current & active) — or willing to pursue certification with our support OR Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
• Experience supporting adults with severe mental illness and/or developmental disabilities
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Organized, dependable, and fully present for clients

Responsibilities

• Lead daily group sessions on self-care, emotional regulation, community engagement, and job skills
• Support clients with discretion and compassion during hygiene-related needs
• Drive clients between personal care homes and our program (up to 4 hours/day in a company vehicle)
• Document client participation and progress with accuracy and clarity
• Help keep the facility “tour-ready”—safe, clean, and welcoming
• Collaborate with clinicians and providers to deliver wraparound care
