Troweler - Rubber Surfacing Specialist

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, noisy, and physically demanding construction environment. Candidates must be comfortable performing tasks that include bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling, repetitive physical movements throughout the workday, working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, and lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing 55+ pounds.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of troweling experience (non-negotiable)
- Rubber surfacing experience (required)
- Availability for overtime and 25% travel
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of forklift experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- 98% Troweling Work: Focus on your craft with dedicated time for quality installation
- Material handling and site staging
- Maintaining organized, safe work areas
- Collaborating with experienced foremen and installation team members
- Occasional travel (25%) to diverse project sites
