About The Position

This role involves providing cleaning support across multiple job locations, covering open shifts, and addressing cleaning issues to maintain company quality standards. The position requires performing general janitorial and deep-cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting various spaces such as restrooms, offices, and common areas. The Troubleshooter will also be responsible for replenishing supplies, reporting shortages, identifying and reporting maintenance or cleaning concerns, and working independently to manage multiple locations and priorities. The role ensures that accounts are properly maintained and provides reliable support to the team.

Requirements

Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Must be flexible and willing to travel to different job locations.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
Must be comfortable working in different facilities and environments.

Nice To Haves

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Floater position requires your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Travel between multiple job locations to provide cleaning support.
Cover open shifts and assist accounts when additional help is needed.
Address cleaning issues and help maintain company quality standards.
Perform general janitorial and deep-cleaning duties.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
Replenish supplies and report supply shortages.
Identify and report maintenance or cleaning concerns.
Work independently and manage multiple locations and priorities.
Provide reliable support to the team and ensure accounts are properly maintained.
