About The Position
Trip Leader Events Specialist About HXP At Humanitarian Experience (HXP), we design and operate humanitarian service expeditions that empower teenagers to make a difference across the globe. Our mission is unapologetically to strengthen the roots of covenant Israel, and the vehicle we use to do that is sustainable humanitarian work. In essence, we work to transform the lives both for those we serve and those who serve with us. About the Role One of the most important aspects to HXP is the Trip Leaders. They can make or break a trip. As a Trip Leader Events Specialist at HXP, you will help plan and execute events that play a crucial role in supporting, preparing, and inspiring Trip Leaders. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building Trip Leaders, loves event planning, is creative, and has extreme attention to detail.
Requirements
- Previous or current Trip Leader
- Experience with event planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Experience Design Management or similar field is helpful
- Creative
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to manage stress well
- Ability to work well with a team
- Extremely hard worker
Responsibilities
- Help plan and execute the following events: Wave Jams Friendsgiving Openers Dinner X-Team Kickoff Sorting Day Married Trip Leaders Trainings Trip Leader Training Diner en Blanc
- Contribute to Trip Leader Team wide responsibilities: Trip Leader applicant screening Trip Leader interviews Recruiting Trip Leader on/offboarding
