Design, deliver, and coordinate services to SSS-eligible UW students (first generation, low-income students and students with disabilities) to facilitate their good academic standing, persistence, and timely degree completion. Provide academic, career/major, financial, and personal support and services through one-on-one, holistic advising to mitigate the barriers to educational achievement commonly found among disadvantaged students and to promote habits and skills leading to student success. This is a 10-month position on a P-220 Calendar Type that is grant-funded and is considered 'at-will' employment. The work calendar for this position starts in late July and ends in late May.
