About The Position

The State is seeking a Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder) Specialist for a 1-year, part-time contract position. This role is remote within the USA and is not expected to consistently provide 40 hours per week, with an estimated workload of approximately 20 hours per week, subject to fluctuation based on project needs. The specialist will be responsible for creating project documentation, process monitoring, conducting cost/benefit analysis, and documenting specifications and requirements tracking. This role also involves providing day-to-day support for ongoing processes, continuous evaluation and improvement of processes, and supporting agency workload demands.

Requirements

At least five years experience with Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)
Experience creating new user accounts with the appropriate permissions and perform account maintenance in the Trimble platform
Experience providing general user support for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)
Experience with project administration for Trimble Unity Construct(formerly eBuilder)
Experience creating and maintaining training materials for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)
Experience in providing guidance in leveraging best practices as well as design sessions and requirements documentation for new process rollouts for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)
Experience in evaluating the use of cost management and leverage the best practices in cost management using the Trimble platform
Provide reporting assistance and report cleanup
Creating reports, report subscriptions and dashboards for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)

Nice To Haves

Providing new user basic training, workflow training and administration training as well as new features and process design
Serve as the lead in process testing
