The ideal Trim Tech is a patient individual that is good with their hands and mentally sharp. This job does require the mental fortitude to sit or stand in one place all day. While wearing gloves, the trimmer must process the buds as quickly as they can while being careful to gently handle the buds without applying too much pressure or damaging them. The trimmer is primarily responsible for the efficiency and quality of the plant in preparation for sale.

- Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
Responsibilities
- Able to trim one pound minimum on a daily basis, while meeting company standards
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the staging area while performing trimming
- Efficiently trim and de-fan plants
- Responsible for maintaining a quality product
- Punctuality
- Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company
- Capable of learning/performing all basic necessary tasks asked of
- Packaging, weighing, labeling, sealing, and managing packaged material
- Accountability and initiative
- Operating with integrity and honesty
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and willingness to assist in any additional side task
- Must have reliable transportation
