About The Position

The Trim Staff's duties include separating the incoming plant material into its respective parts, trimming, packaging, and storing product that is ready for sale. This role involves processing plants during different stages of harvest and post-harvest, including harvesting, trimming, cleaning, and packaging. The Trim Staff is responsible for ensuring the organization of all harvest/post-harvest material, performing quality control by inspecting plants for mold and mites, and ensuring attractive buds. They must maintain the efficiency and quality of the finished product to meet company standards, adhere to production timelines, and accurately weigh and record finished material. Additionally, the role requires operating trimming machines, maintaining organization of materials, and ensuring cleanliness of the workspace. Assistance to the packaging department may be required, and other job duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
21 years of age
Enthusiasm about the Medical Marijuana Industry
FBI/BCI state mandated background check

Responsibilities

Separating incoming plant material into its respective parts
Trimming, packaging, and storing product that is ready for sale
Processing plants during different stages of harvest and post-harvest (harvesting, trimming, cleaning, packaging)
Ensuring organization of all harvest/post-harvest material
Performing quality control, including inspection of plants and vigilance for mold and mites
Ensuring attractive buds
Ensuring the efficiency and quality of finished product is up to company standards
Maintaining production timeline
Accurately weighing and recording finished material
Operating trimming machines
Maintaining organization of materials and cleanliness of work space
Assisting packaging department when necessary
May be assigned other job duties if necessary
