Wabanaki Public Health & Wellness (WPHW) is growing and seeking passionate individuals to join their team. WPHW is a non-profit organization serving four federally recognized tribes in Maine, guided by Wabanaki traditions, language, and culture. Services are available to community members on and off-reservation. The Tribal Home Visitor role provides direct services to caregivers and children from pregnancy to age five within T-MIECHV programs. This involves building relationships through regular home visits using a culturally tailored curriculum, focusing on promoting positive caregiver-child relationships and increasing caregiver skills. The position primarily serves one community but coordinates with the team for broader coverage.
