About The Position

The Brown & Crouppen Complex Personal Injury Litigation Department is seeking an experienced trial lawyer to join its expanding litigation team. Interested candidates should send a resume with a list of the cases (styles and cause numbers) that she/he has tried in a first or second chair capacity within the last five years.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years’ experience handling personal injury claims
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Courtroom motion practice experience

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions
• Draft discoveries, pleadings, and motions
• Monitor case progress
• Prepare and participate in jury trials
• Continuously communicate with clients, insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
• Court appearances as needed
• Other duties as assigned
