About The Position

The Trial Equipment Support team member provides day-to-day support for the Trial Equipment Department by receiving, cleaning, testing, and preparing trial and loaner devices. This role ensures all equipment is accurately logged in the ERP system, meets quality standards, and is ready for use while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with established procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; tactful, patient, and team-oriented.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and logs service loaners, returns for credit, trials, and evaluation equipment into the ERP system.
  • Unpackages, cleans, tests, and prepares incoming devices and accessories using established procedures.
  • Clears previous customer data and configures software settings as new following work instructions.
  • Ensure operating systems and applications are up to date.
  • Tests chargers and switches and maintains accurate inventory for shipments.
