Functions include managing receipts and disbursements of money, performing month-end reporting and balancing procedures, answering telephones, certifying documents, issuing marriage licenses, assisting with jury management, and performing other duties as required, with supervisor review for accuracy and completeness. The position also aids the Clerk of the court in office and employee supervision, assists with technology-related issues, hardware and software implementation, supervises and acts in the absence of the Clerk, and assists in employee training and cross-training.
