About The Position
Hair Shunnarah is looking for an all-star property casualty litigator to assist with our vibrant and growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney looking to build a strong litigation foundation while also gaining insight into the business of practicing law. The position offers direct mentorship from a senior attorney, providing meaningful hands-on experience, professional development, and increasing responsibility.
Requirements
- At least one year of civil litigation experience - preferably property casualty
- Experience managing cases in state and federal courts
- Experience managing discovery
- Experience taking/defending depositions
- Experience writing petitions, complaints, motions and briefs
- Admitted to practice in the State of Missouri
